Meet Our Team

Gale Alexander, the Founder and President of Alpha Virtual Administrative Services, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role. She is a results-oriented, accomplished professional with proven abilities in project and team management, strategic planning, and business development.

Gale holds a B.A., with Distinction, in Organizational Management, from Eastern University, Pennsylvania, where she was the recipient of the “Most Outstanding Thesis Award, for Excellence in Written and Oral Presentation,” as well as a Leadership Award for “Inspiring Others and Encouraging Teamwork.”

Carmen brings over 20 years of experience to our team.  She is a graduate of La Salle University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

As an expert and Certified ProAdvisor in QuickBooks, Carmen provides the full range of bookkeeping services to our clients, including QuickBooks training as needed.

Carmen is fluent in Spanish, and has served as President of The Greater Philadelphia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

With his combination of IT expertise and his skills and passion for design, Jon is responsible for our expanded service range in web design and social media management.

Jon holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Forensics and Security from The University of Derby, England. His experience includes projects with Xerox, Rolls Royce, Network Rail in the UK, Ralph Lauren, among others.
