Founded in 2002, Alpha Virtual Administrative Services provides executive level support services, designed to help busy and successful executives, entrepreneurs, consultants and business owners increase productivity and grow their business.

A WORD ABOUT OUR COMPANY OWNER

Gale Alexander, the Founder and President of Alpha Virtual Administrative Services, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role. She is a results-oriented, accomplished professional with proven abilities in project and team management, strategic planning, and business development.

Gale is passionate about providing her clients with an exceptional level of support and has a vested interest in their business growth and continued success. She effectively and efficiently manages their needs and requirements, with a commitment to a high level of client satisfaction. She builds credibility, establishes rapport, and maintains communication with her team and clients at multiple levels.

Gale fills the role of Director of Operations for a diverse range of clients. She is the face and voice of many of her clients’ businesses at the highest levels, interacting with CEOs, Directors, and Executive Vice Presidents in many organizations. She is also an integral part of her clients’ management teams in strategic discussions and presentations to senior leaders in international and multicultural organizations.

Gale holds a B.A., with Distinction, in Organizational Management, from Eastern University, Pennsylvania, where she was the recipient of the “Most Outstanding Thesis Award, for Excellence in Written and Oral Presentation,” as well as a Leadership Award for “Inspiring Others and Encouraging Teamwork.”

She is also the 2017 recipient of “The Person of Excellence Award.” from the NY Alumnae Association of the St Vincent Girls’ High School, her Alma Mater.
